Golf de la Grande Bastide is transforming with the planting of 15,000 rose bushes, carried out in January in partnership with the Mul Group. These roses, carefully selected for their colors and fragrances, will enhance the course, offering an immersive and unique golfing experience. Their blooming, expected in the coming months, promises to deliver a true sensory spectacle.
Restaurant Victoire collaborates with a local farmer who provides fruits and vegetables rejected by large retailers. Thanks to our chef, Nicolas Ferrer, these products are transformed into delicious and purposeful dishes. A responsible approach that celebrates local produce, combats waste, and supports local farmers.
